Frequently Asked Questions:

Shipping areas: We currently can only ship to Mainland U.K. With GSPR laws it would cost us hundreds, if not thousands, to ship to N. Ireland and the EU and we are currently too small a business to justify that cost.

Ordering multiples (more than 2): As a tiny business, we keep our stock low so we can offer the widest selection possible and a lot of our items will only list 2 or so in stock. If you'd like to order more please just drop us an email at hello@dogsofjupiter.co.uk or you can drop a message to our social media pages @dogsofjupiter if you prefer. 

Ordering custom colours: We're happy to order in new colours. Our suppliers are in Mainland Europe though so our wait time on custom orders is 2-5 weeks.

Returning your order: Our returns policy is here. Please be kind to us. It literally is just me, Laura, and I work harder than you can imagine to make sure your items are perfect.

Discount codes: If you've found us from that social media video then you'll already know, but we don't have discount codes because we already charge the lowest we can. Our prices are determined by material cost + labour time + VAT and nothing else. To offer sales and discounts we'd first have to add an extra margin to our prices. We would rather charge everyone the lowest possible all the time than make customers search out affiliate codes or wait for holiday sales.

Using our leads for strong pullers: As a dog trainer first and foremost, I will always advocate training loose lead walking instead of investing in equipment for pulling. For liability reasons we can't guarantee our leads will hold up when used with dogs that pull or lunge on the lead and we do not recommend they are used for that. What we can do is share with you the strength levels of the equipment we use and share that every single one of the items we have made we have used for over a year with our own 40kg GSD x Husky mix without incident.

Black coated rivets chip and scratch: There isn't very much I can do about this. Black rivets are metal with paint on, they do scratch over time and the paint will chip away to reveal the silver metal underneath. We do have alternative rivet options that hold up longer if this is a concern for you. We are working on offering these options direct on our listings but for now please just message us.
