Refund policy

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us. We will accept returns on items within 14 days of delivery, providing the item is unused and in a saleable condition. £3.75 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return postage. 

We are not able to arrange exchanges, instead items will have to be returned and the new item ordered.

If your item is faulty, please contact us. We will not be able to return or replace items that have been chewed or damaged by yourself or your dog. We do not ever recommend leaving your dog unattended with our products.
